Meet Mette
Mette is the person behind Casa Carolina and Carolina Living. She is Danish, lives on the Costa del Sol, and is the one you speak to from the first message to the day the keys change hands.
Buying or owning a property in Spain means dealing with a different language, a different legal system and a lot of people you have never met before. Mette takes that weight off you: she explains what is happening, follows up on the details and tells you plainly when something is not a good idea.
She works with a small number of clients and properties at a time. That is a deliberate choice – it is the only way to give each one real attention.
Our story
A personal approach to property and home
Carolina Living was created for people who want more than a transaction. Buying a property in Spain – especially when you are navigating a foreign legal system, a different language and a new culture – can be overwhelming. It exists to make that simple, transparent and even enjoyable.
Alongside it, Casa Carolina Facility Partner looks after properties for owners who are not always here: supervision, maintenance coordination and someone trustworthy to call when something goes wrong.
Both sides come down to the same thing – knowing the area, knowing the right people, and treating your home as if it mattered personally. Because it does.
